There are many clinical and academic teams across Australia working hard to improve outcomes for people with osteoarthritis.  Research is a vital part of this work.  We would really appreciate your help!

Opportunities for Clinicians

Opportunities for Consumers

How does a person’s cultural background influence their knowledge, attitudes and practices related to physical activity?

We want to understand how people from different cultures and communities view physical activity and knee osteoarthritis.

This will help health professionals make better recommendations for people from different backgrounds.

Please help! If you:

  • Have knee osteoarthritis; or are 45 years or older and have knee pain (with only a little stiffness)
  • Can read and understand basic English with or without assistance from someone else

You can help by completing an anonymous and confidential survey.

The survey will ask questions about:

  • Your experiences with physical activity
  • Your knowledge about knee osteoarthritis
  • Your cultural background

The survey will take about 15 minutes.
