COURSE TIMELINE
- 23/5/25: Self-directed Module 1 Applications due – see your Humanitix ticket for the link to do this
- By 30/5/25: Self-directed Module 1 access link sent, along with course payment link and general course access
- 30/5/25 – 20/6/25: Complete Self-directed Module 1
- 13/6/25: Course payment due
- 20/6/25: Self-directed Module 1 due to be completed
- By 27/6/25: Complete pre-reading (for those attending live session)
- 27/6/25: Live Module 1 Session (online) (for those who haven’t completed self-directed Module 1)
- 30/6/25 – 3/7/25: Module 2 Prac sessions (online) (complete one only)
- 4/7/25: Module 3 Implementation session (online) (everyone attends)

ELIGIBILITY
Please ensure you are eligible to undertake this training. This course is available for Physiotherapists and Accredited Exercise Physiologists with full registration to practice in Australia, and who will be able to implement the program in Australia within the next 6 months.
- International clinicians are advised to go to https://gladinternational.org/contact/.
- Newly-graduated clinicians without an AHPRA Registration Number / ESSA Number will need to supply confirmation of course completion, either via a letter from your course coordinator or by giving your application number.
- Physiotherapists on limited registration / interim certification should please contact us directly to set up a specific supervision plan. Note: Level 4/ Remote supervision level required in order to be eligible to undertake training.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
- You have until end of Wednesday 13 June 2025 to finalise your booking by completing your registration and payment. Here is the link to do this (you may need to copy and paste into your browser): . (You will need to select ‘Create Booking’ at the bottom of that webpage. This is not linked to your Humanitix Booking).
- Payment is via Credit Card or PayPal through La Trobe University Payment site. We do not invoice for training. A paid invoice is emailed automatically immediately on payment.
- If you are registering multiple attendees from a single organisation or clinic, the Multiple Registration option can be used in order to receive the discount. If paying separately, the discount does not apply.
- Register ONLY people who have already booked. Do not distribute or share this link.
- Please provide BEST DIRECT email addresses and phone numbers for each attendee, not administrative or collective email addresses; and ensure that the registered name is correct for certification purposes.
- Please either register for or cancel each booking. You can complete payments for separate Humanitix bookings in a single payment, using the Multiple Registration option.

MODULE DATES AND PRAC SESSIONS

- MODULE 1 – one of:
- Live ONLINE session Friday, 27 June, 9.30am-5.30pm, AEST or
- SELF-DIRECTED for approved applicants.
- MODULE 2: LIVE ONLINE practical session (as per Humanitix booking)
- MODULE 3:Live ONLINE session Friday, 4 July, 10.00am-1.00pm, AEST

SELF-DIRECTED MODULE 1
- If you booked a ticket for the self-directed Module 1, please make sure you head to https://redcap.link/sdmodule1 to complete your application.
- Approved applicants will receive access to the self-directed module on Friday 30 May 2025.
- This module MUST BE COMPLETED BY Friday 20 June 2025.

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS
In order to be eligible to complete your certification as a GLA:D® Australia Hip and Knee Clinician, you MUST attend for the entirety of each session. Please adjust your commitments accordingly.
Full participation in the practical sessions is a requirement of completing the training and being eligible for certification. Please ensure you check your setup as described on the course webpage, and attend prepared to talk with your colleagues and to practise the exercises – even if you don’t have access to all equipment. |
BOOKING CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
- If you do not wish to proceed with your registration, please contact us ASAP at GLAD.Australia@latrobe.edu.au.
- Once registration has been confirmed and paid, the following fees apply to any changes:
- transfer of registration to another course – $75
- transfer of registration to another attendee – $50
- changes to modules within a course due to inability to attend (subject to discussion with training team) – $50
- cancellation fee – $50
